Hi , thanks for reaching out. I hope some of our community members here can share some of their favorite pain management tips and tricks. In the meantime I wanted to share a couple of articles with you. From our editorial team, this one about complementary and alternative therapies, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/treatment/complementary-alternative-therapy and this one about managing symptoms with home remedies, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/treatment/home-remedy. One of our health leaders also wrote about some natural remedies for pain here, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/natural-pain-relief. Of course, check with your doctor before starting anything new, just to be sure that it's a feasible (and safe) option for you personally. Are you on a treatment for PsA in addition to the Tylenol for pain?
Also, I'm not sure if seeing a pain management specialist would be a possibility for you? Since pain relief is their specialty, I'm wondering if they would have some ideas of pain relief while working around the limitations that your heart condition/issues may have. Obviously I'm not an expert, but just a thought.
Wishing you a gentle day. -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
