Which everyday task has gotten harder since your PsA diagnosis, and what helps?

Housework- especially mopping/vacuuming. Leaning. I have a housekeeper now who does those things for me every 2 weeks. Greatest blessing!

Great question. Wish “ALL of the above” was available!
I hate to be a “whiner” , Buttttt, unless you have PSA- you cannot understand the physical and mental gymnastics one endures with “it”..
I hope everyone with PSA or any autoimmune disease(s) do your best to thrive and survive… having PSA is like having a 2nd full-time job you hate!! Sorry to rant.

It seems that everything is much harder, even that which should be “simple” or actually, “easy.” Some days caffeine helps me get going a bit and I can accomplish some things that I see that need tending to. But not every day, by far! I am grateful that we can afford a housecleaner to come every two weeks to do the big things. And now that I’ve reached the advanced age of 80, none of the things I experience with energy, etc. aren’t a big deal cuz I’m “old”. Never mind that I’ve had this and the symptoms for about 10 years or more! Wishing everyone a good day! 🥰😎
