Does anyone else get literal holes in the hands ? I get a this about every few weeks.

Have you been diagnosed with psoriasis in addition to PsA? While I am not a doctor and cannot make any medical diagnosis, I do wonder about possible psoriasis when there is a skin symptom with psoriatic arthritis. Whether or not it's psoriasis, it might be worth seeing a dermatologist to determine what is causing the peeling/holes as they can make a proper diagnosis and help you determine what the best course of treatment would be.
