Is the difference in bone structure between my two fingers a sign of PSA on my hands?

My finger in the left looks a bit bigger and is showing more bone on the side while the other one on the left is smaller. I went to multiple rheumatologist and none of them thought it was a cause of psoriatic arthritis causing a cysts. I have done multiple X-rays on my hands to rule out osteoarthritis and have done MRIs on both of my wrist none of them showed any autoimmune arthritis inflammation active.

Is this just a case of some fingers being slightly more bigger in structure than the other ones on the other side of your hands or is this an arthritis related cysts?
