My diagnosis

I was diagnosed in 2024 with PSA, I was pleased to finally find out what was wrong with me. I am struggling at the moment as I feel my Rheumatologist dept. do not understand my pain. I take 20mg of methotrexate once a week and folic acid the other 6 days. I have severe pain in both hands and deformities mostly in my right hand. When I last saw my Rheumatologist last summer I mentioned the severe pain in my left thumb running down into my wrist, he dismissed this and said it will only be osteoarthritis as PSA only attacks middle joints. But when I read up on the papaa web site and arthritis UK they say it affects all hand joints. Can someone please help me
