Is Seronegative Arthritis The Same As Psoriatic Arthritis?

This was a question that I asked my rheumatologist. The word seronegative means that the blood tests negative for a certain factor.

Has your doctor ever discussed this with you? We would love to hear from you.

  2. @ Diane i was being treated for Seronegative RA since 2017 and the Medications ive tried were hit and miss. Last year my Rehymatologist had mentioned that he was wondering if i actually have psoriatic Arthritis and Not seronegative RA. I last seen him in October 2023and i have to say things are not good at all.. im sick of crying especially at night. Today I was walking outside and it killed. I couldn't pull up my shapewear "undies" because its to painful, hubby had to do it tor me. And now I'm in bed and the pain is 10 times worse. Of a day I usually push through, but when in bed I let my guard down..... I suppose no sleep.for me tonight.
