God can’t let me catch a break for I must continue to suffer

It’s never 1 thing I forever carry the burden with, it’s a whole slew of other genetic defects I continue to accumulate as I age to further cripple me into a tortured soul forever being stripped away more and more of what makes me human. It’s beyond fucked. It’s the stuff of nightmares. This isn’t living. This isn’t radical acceptance. This is my body slowly killing itself. I al only 22..

I am now scared I may have MS as a young male adult and now only showing signs of one sided numbness. I don’t know why this is happening? I suffered enough torment, please please please make this stop. Make it end. I don’t want MS I don’t I really fucking don’t. Not like this. I don’t want to grieve another life lost. I have grieved too many.

Just another reminder of to never be autoimmune. This is hell, forever purgatory.

  1. Hi , I just wanted to make sure that you saw my other responses to you. Please know that this community is here for you, and please, if you haven't already, don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor or other medical professional about how your physical health and symptoms are impacting your mental and emotional health. You deserve to have your concerns and feelings taken seriously and addressed. Sending you gentle hugs. -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)

    1. there’s only so much I could do while I wait and try to schedule appointments

    2. We hear you, . You have a lot going on right now, and it's hard not to spiral when you're waiting for appointments. It's understandable that you're having some worries about these new symptoms and hopefully your doctor can do some investigating and alleviate some of your concerns. There can be a lot of different reasons to be experiencing numbness or nerve issues, so it's not necessarily a given that what you're experiencing is MS. I also wanted to share with you a couple of articles about spinal issues and spondyloarthritis,https://axialspondyloarthritis.net/symptoms/spinal-issues and this article about some of the differences between the types, https://axialspondyloarthritis.net/clinical/spondylosis-spondylolisthesis-difference. I do hope that you can get in to see the doctor fairly quickly so that you can get some answers and some reassurance. Wishing you a gentle day. -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
