Foot pain

I've had this disease PsA for over 20 years and I'm just now experiencing all of these symptoms that I had no idea went along with it. 20 years ago I had never heard of PsA nor did I realize everything involved. I love being able to come here and read people's stories and be able to relate and find answers. My question relates to having heel pain and not being able to lay down without having pain. Is this something that I should talk to my Dr about and does it have a separate diagnosis? I just assumed the pain was related to the fact I work 12 hour shifts on my feet. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Any answers are much appreciated. Thank u.

  1. While I can't say for certainly whether your heel pain is related to your PsA diagnosis, , I can tell you that PsA does impact the feet. In fact, we have an editorial with more information on PsA and the feet, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/foot-pain. If you haven't already, I would definitely reach out to your doctor. It's always good to check in with them if you're experiencing new and/or worsening symptoms. -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
