Flare Ups are so hard to go through. Ive been diagnosed with PSA since 2020. I'm 54 years old and struggle with not having the energy I used to by being older. I take care of my Grandson through the week. Thankfully I've been able to hang on there through the flare Ups and then go lay down if I need to when he goes home. I've had sausage toes and swollen ankles and so fatigued. Has anyone felt like through the fatigue it just makes you weak even in your chest? No energy whatsoever? I have cried in the past. I have always been very active so flare Ups can be super hard. I don't have psoriasis, but eczema and PSA. My mom suffers from both
