Why do profentional, so called, people like pip asseser s not even know much about psariatic arthritis?

I find it's so hard to get diagnosed for 1 & then noone seams to think it a big deal. It has ruined my life. I am now 62 & have had both psoriasis and the arthritis from age 10. No one would even diagnose me till i paid privately 15 years ago. By theny spine was fused and all joints effected.
