Hi , I'm so glad that you're here and reaching out. This community understands the pain and fatigue of PsA, and many here are parents (some might even have children with autism, although I don't know for sure). The feelings that you're having, - fatigue, anxiety, pain, - are understandable, and normal given all that you're currently managing. Do you have much for a support system? People that you could turn to to help both physically and emotionally?
I wanted to share this article about the mental/emotional impact of PsA. https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/the-emotional-impact-of-living-with-psoriatic-arthritis (The author is also a mother.) Often when dealing with a chronic condition the focus gets put on the physical symptoms yet the emotional impact is just as important to address and treat.
I also just wanted to share this article from our advocate, Clair, about parenting and PsA, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/chronic-pain-affect-parenting. Hopefully it will help you know that you aren't alone.
Hopefully some of our community members, especially those with children, can connect with you here! But in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out, whether you have questions, need to vent, or could use some support. Sending you gentle hugs! -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
