psoratic arthritis with breast cancer

had double mastectomy January of 2025 now I'm on cancer meds for 5 yrs to keep cancer from coming back. The issue is the medicine is causing lots of pain. the enbrel im on isnt helping much with the arthritis. anyone else have this issue? Help have been on 2 different cancer pills did same thing
