Is cellulitis part of psoriatic arthritis?

I'm not sure! But a couple of days ago I was thinking about it, since I noticed I had a lot more than before. But I wonder if it's maybe because of lack of exercise (I've had a huge flare and haven't been able to exercise a lot) and prednisone.
