Hi , fist of all, I'm so sorry to hear that you're still in so much pain. Unfortunately, as every person is different and reacts differently to medication, it can take some trial and error to find the treatment that works best for each individual. I hope some of our community members who have had similar experiences can share with you here as I know we have many people here who have have gone through several different medications and treatment types until finding one that brings relief and eases symptoms. The good news is that there are a lot of different treatment options, so just because your current treatment isn't making a difference doesn't mean something else won't help. I'm sharing a link here to more information on treatment, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/treatment.
Have you talked with your doctor about their recommendations for next steps of treatments? Oftentimes doctors have ideas of treatments to move to when one isn't helping as well. Also, I know you've been diagnosed for six months, but I wanted to share this article one of our health leaders wrote with some information for the newly diagnosed that you might appreciate, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/dear-friend-newly-diagnosed.
Please know that this community is here for you and don't hesitate to reach out anytime. Sending you gentle hugs. -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
