Living with PSA Flare

I have had psoriatic arthritis (PsA) for 3 years. I take 2 injections of Cosentyx a month to control it in combination with up to 4 long-acting Tylenol for arthritis tablets a day. I am now in physical therapy and acupuncture to build strength and stamina due to a flare that began a few months ago.

I slipped off of a stair and wrenched my back. It's better now with treatment, but I do not like the length of time it has taken to secure care and treatment. Acupuncture I pay for myself, which is expensive, but well needed. Pain issues continue, but new treatments keep pain under control.
