Arthritis and diabetes

I have had diabetes since age 35. Slowly progressed neuropathy in feet and hands that started as a feeling of wearing gloves and plastic boots. Then got worse a feeling of burning and sharp stabbing in hands, feet, and lower legs. Legs, neck, hands, and feet became weaker and less flexible. I can almost never tie my shoes or feel injuries to my feet or toes. I had three toes amputated because of this. I can't run gimp around like an off-balance imbecile. Takes me forever to do anything. Drop my eating utensils all the time and can't grip anything small. Can't open envelopes. It's terrible I just want to give up.
