My hands

I have had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands, a hyper extended thumb on the right hand, and all but the left thumb and 2 fingers have had trigger surgery. Trigger surgery on the last 3 fingers was some, fast, and easy. Done in the office in 5 minutes, very little pain. Shots only worked for me for a couple of days. My work was very heavy lifting and opening boxes and picking up bottles. I have been retired for 2-1/2 years now and have no more problems with my hands. Was it worth it? For me absolutely! Now my outer ankles are swollen, but no pain.
