Psoriatic Arthritis 15 years now

This disease has been in my life way too long. It started with the psoriasis which did not come with pain, but embarrassing patches. After 5 years, I started getting joint pain and it took several doctors to diagnose psoriatic arthritis. I battled with accepting my limitations, especially the brain fog that comes with flares. My life is so different now, I used to walk miles because I enjoyed going out for a walk. Now if I try to walk more than a bit, my ankle hurts my knees and hips. I have come to accept my life minute by minute.
