"Better than yesterday. I'm moving and even though I had loads and loads of help it was and is exhausting. I have Lupus also and the weather cooled so yesterday was bad but today is better I'm actually taking things from the packing and putting them away but I'm doing it very very slowly and taking it a few minutes at a time and then go rest but I am better today "
