  1. CeraVe was recommended to a few years ago when my skin was getting worse to use in between medications. I found the products with sunblock work better.

    1. CeraVe is such a community favorite! I'm so glad you've found some products that have helped, and the sunblock is a good tip too! -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)

  2. I use Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream (16oz. tub) because one of its main ingredients is Urea known to help with flaking and itching of psoriasis. I also use a OTC topical called Psoriasin Deep Moisturizing Extra Strength because it has 2% Coal Tar also known to help with the flaking and itching of psoriasis. I use Aquaphor Lip Protection for when I get spots on or near my lips, seems to help.

    1. Ceravie was recommended to me by my dermatologist because I have sensitive skin. I use their face lotion and face wash products as well as their cream for itch relief if my psoriasis is acting up. It is very effective for me. Aquaphor is great for my dry lips which can be a constant! Ceravie also has a healing ointment that is good. These products are fragrance free and better for your health all around compared to those made with added ingredients like chemicals etc.

      1. Vanicream because it is truly unscented

        1. unscented can be so important for anyone with a skin sensitivity, especially those with psoriasis. Thanks so much for sharing it! -- Warmly, Christine (Team Member)
