Pain in the heel of your hand

Hi , I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing such intense pain. While it certainly is possible, and PsA does impact the hands, we aren't doctors and can't say for certain if what you're experiencing is due to PsA or something else. If you haven't already, I would encourage you to reach out to your doctor, especially as it sounds like this is impacting your ability to manage day-to-day things like typing, steering wheel, etc.
