Liver issues from PSA
I have multiple symptoms that multiple specialists are saying they are not related. I have heart issues, dry cough, thick liver that causes constant pain, fatigue, exhaustion and memory issues

Of course, it's always possible that your various symptoms are not related, but you have ever right to have doctors take your symptoms and concerns seriously to determine what is causing each symptom. Psoriatic arthritis can impact many systems within the body and it's important for doctors to be willing to look into any concerns. Have you been diagnosed with causes to the symptoms that you mention? Do you have a rheumatologist who is treating your PsA? I’ve been diagnosed with PSA, diabetes,degenerative disc disease, chronic fatigue, chronic dry cough,diabetic neuropathy, Tennitis, chronic blood clots and constant headaches. A lot going on.oh wow, you have a whole host of a medical team! Given all the diagnoses you've received, it's a little incredible that they aren't associating any of your current symptoms with what all you already have going on. That being said, sometimes doctors completely dismiss new symptoms as related to already diagnosed conditions, so I'm glad to hear they're doing some testing to see if your liver is due to something new. While understandable frustrating, if there is something else going on, it's always good to know for sure. If you're comfortable, keep us posted with what you find out about MASH. Being tested for MASH or Non Alcoholic Liver Disease. I also have gallstones and have to have surgery to remove my gallbladder.
