How did it start

I was wondering how did it start for people and how long do it take to be diagnosed. I have my first appointment with rheumatology next week and don’t know what to expect. I am not diagnosed at the moment but feel I have all the symptoms. My psoriasis has started in the last 9 months on the sole of my foot and ankle. Joint pain and stiffness.
