Getting older, how to keep exercising and moving

I’ll be 70 in June, my walking and speed has really slowed down. The fatigue is bad too!

  1. It helps a lot if you can find an exercise buddy or two. Someone to go to a fitness center with to do light resistance training and treadmill workouts with. A lot of towns have community fitness activity programs for seniors, as well.

  2. Hi , staying active can be tough, especially when managing PsA. You're not alone. I love Eric's suggestion of an exercise buddy. That can definitely be helpful for some people in keeping themselves accountable, and enjoying the time together! It also helps if one can find an activity they enjoy doing. Do you have certain types of exercise or activities that you enjoy that keep you moving?
