Hip and rib pain
I was diagnosed with PsA a couple of years ago and the Humira kept it down for a while. But several weeks ago I developed pain and stiffness in my lower back/hip area and in my ribs. My ribs hurt to the point of not being able to take a deep breath and the pain makes it difficult to turn over in the bed. I am waiting to see my rheumatologist about this issue but wondered if anyone has experienced something similar. Thank you for any assistance.

yea I have that and for a year after gallbladder removal(partial) thought I had similar issues. After a Ct scan confirmed no issues found out that inflammation of the spine where the ribs attach can cause pain. When I have it it starts in middle back. Radiates around the sides and across the abdomen. If it’s a bad one will curl up with really bad pain. Yeah I feel ya. Some nights it’s very painful to just roll over. Feels like I’ve slept with a softball under my ribs. And standing up after sitting makes me look like I’m 90 because it takes a minute to stand up straight. This stuff is making me feel old fast!
i have these too, more obvious on my thumbs and toes. I am planning on asking my dermatologist next appt, but I think they may be Beau’s lines. Please keep us updated if you get yours looked at.. thanks! my rheumatologist said it is psoriasis under the nails. I had already looked up Beau’s lines and thought they looked just like that.
