Any suggestions to relieve tightness/lack of sensation with swelling in feet?

I was diagnosed with PsA late last year and I’m in the midst of finding the right medications. That’s a challenge in itself.

I do have a question though... I have some tightness and lack of sensation along with swelling in my ankles and the bottom of my feet.

Does anyone else have these symptoms and can you suggest any remedies? Thanks!

  1. Hi ! That must get frustrating and painful for you. Lack of sensation on the bottom of the feet can be symptomatic of issues separate from PsA, like diabetes. So I would definitely mention this issue to your primary care doctor, if you haven't already. Some of our members have found that heat brings temporary relief. You can also try natural anti-inflammatories, like some of those suggested here: https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/treatment/home-remedy/ I hope this helps and that you find the right medication soon. 1. I have the dame issue and I use cbd creams which are legal in PA if you have a card. I know what you are going through. Worse at morning and night for me. The creams seem to help so you can get some sleep.
