we have a king size with a pillow topper,ahnd i use a lot of pillows,support your joints!make sure you pee first i run them like a slope with my head on the foot part,between my legs under my armpit under my ribs,5 hrs is a good night for me,get up if you cant sleep sit up till you think you might sleep ,li hav a soft cottn blanket ive had for years i mold it to fit under my neck for support,i have muscle relaxors they help a bit,if you have a med regime take them 30 min before you lay down,keep fluids close by,i wake up 3 to 6 times a night right before or after lunch rest ,i get off my feet for an hour or so ,i have a heated blanket folded in half on my side on low it has helped for years,good luck,youll find your niche.
