Hi Lolaross72,
I was recently hospitalized because they thought I was having a heart attack. My heart rate was very high, and I was having chest pains. It turned out that the chest pains were coming from my esophagus, which was loaded with inflammation that they think is coming from autoimmune issues. I was provided with medications to lower my heart rate and to help with the inflammation in my esophagus. While in the hospital, they tested my heart with the nuclear machine, and everything was fine. Because of my knee issues, I could not get on the treadmill, so they gave me IV meds to mimic the treadmill. Wishing you a good report!! Work with your doctor! He/she will help you get to the bottom of your issues.
