Hi , thanks for your question. While I hope other community members will chime in with their personal experiences, I wanted to send over this article from one of our advocates. https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/waiting-and-wondering/
Since everyone is different, medicines will effect people differently. Also, our pain threshold varies from person to person. When did you start Otezla? I am wishing you all the best and hoping you will see some relief soon. Jill, Team Member

Hi . Many medications can take up to four months to bring relief, but if you are having negative side effects or more pain, please tell your doctor. YOur doctor might decide to try another biologic sooner. Here is a forum topic on Otezla that you might find interesting: https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/topic/otezla/. I hope you find some relief soon. Please keep us posted. Warm wishes! - Lori (Team Member)
