Never Say It Can't Get Any Worst With Brain Fog

I just left the store on my way home. Well guess what I'm sitting here looking crazy in a parking lot because I don't know how to get home. I want to cry, but I decided to calm down and asked my community - HOW DO I GET HOME?? I lived 3 miles from here. Please don't laugh - brain fog is real. Well, I am going to put my address in my gps in a town I have lived in for years.

Does anyone else experience brain fog so bad that you forget things that you have know forever? We would like to hear from you. Diane (Team Member)

  1. wow! I’m so sorry you had to experience that… scary.. I’ve never(yet) had brain fog so severe as you explained…. I hope you are doing better…
My experiences with brain fog has been more of a milder/persistent ongoing, never ending, kind of experience… it(brain fog) has to be one of the most common, yet “unadvertised “ effects PSA has…??
    Take care!!

    1. Hello , thank you so much for chiming in. It's got worse over the years. I just laugh at myself now. My son reminded me yesterday to just put the address in my GPS when this happens. You are so right, no one talks about this side effect at all. I have been experiencing this for over 25 years. Did you ever bring this up to your doctor? Thanks for sharing. Diane {Team Member)

  2. , thank you for sharing this with us all. What a horrible experience. I haven't had this exact thing happen to me but I've certainly had some severe brain fog moments over the years. I've forgotten my date of birth, which side of the road to drive on, how to screw a bottle lid back on. It's scary, and these ones worry me the most because, as you say, these are things that we've known forever. Thankfully, my brain fog is nowhere near as bad as that anymore, but it's still a struggle some days. Hugs! -Catherine, Community Moderator

    1. , I can understand why you're concerned and I definitely think chatting with your doctor about this is a good idea. It's always best to get these things checked out. I'm not too bad thank you... Quite fatigued at the moment, but it has been/could be worse. Just taking it easy and hoping that the fatigue eases up soon. How have you been lately, Diane? -Catherine, Community Moderator

    2. Hello , Overall, I am doing okay. My 3rd oldest granddaughter is graduating next week from high school. She skipped a grade and has already received a partial scholarship to college. Of course, we are giving her a party. Having fatigue is no fun at all. You get some rest. Diane (Team Member)

  3. I learned a long, long time ago to never say it can't get worse about anything! Because, things can always get worse. So I often find myself thankful when they don't.

    1. Hello , you are so right about that. They sure can get worse. I'm living proof of that. How are you doing? Diane (Team Member)
