  1. Hi @Sabeeh, I can hear how difficult this is for you. Unfortunately fatigue goes hand in hand with PsA. While I do hope you hear from our community members with their personal experiences, I am sending you an article that I really hope can help: https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/living/managing-fatigue. 1. Hi @Sabeeh, I have had PsA for years. The fatigue has been the worst. I had to start working from home years ago, because just getting up to get dressed drain me. I had no energy or motivation to do anything. I was physically and mentally drain. I remember getting to work and begin a project and would be dead tired in a few minutes. I remember trying to give a presentation and couldn't concentrate and actually couldn't remember how to do something that I had done for 30 years. Some of the medications that I take have helped me with fatigue over the years. Diane. Team Member

  2. I think that the pain causes a lot of fatigues as it's constant ever if not chronic. Also as its an immunity disorder its constantly attacking the body and like a cold you feel drained. I was prepped up with prednisone which was great for a week now back in bed for 4 days. 🙄
