There are definitely foods that help me, I eat so many different foods that are suppose to help with inflammation its hard for me to pin point which one does the best , but my go to natural anti inflammatory is a smoothie of my own creation, take 1 peeled and chopped beet, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 4 frozen strawberries , a heaping teaspoon of ground cinnamon and add water to equal 16 ounces, blend thoroughly and enjoy. To be honest its not the best tasting beverage I have ever had but it seems to help with my knee pain and gives me a bit of an energy boost. I also have 1 tablespoon of apple cider vingear with about 8 ounces of water before I brush my teeth at night. These along with my celebrex and acetaminophen and staying away from my trigger foods, mainly processed sugar, all seem to help, they dont cure me or take all my pain away but it helps me stay as active as I can.
