Dealing With Anger From PsA

Psoriatic arthritis comes with a whole host of different emotions. One of the hardest that I have struggled with is dealing with anger. It is a fairly foreign emotion to me, which is why I suppose it has been so hard for me to cope with. However, I have learned one thing that never changes - watch the video to figure out what that is.

No matter what, no matter what living with psoriatic arthritis brings, it can’t change who you are on the inside if you don’t let it. Yes, it can change my hands, it can change my joints and muscles, but the person that I am. I may have moments of anger at this disease and how it wreaks havoc on my body and relationships. But, the spirit within myself that makes me unique, will never change. In that, I find comfort.
