What Can Be Done To Improved Psoriatic Arthritis In Your Hands?
One of my nails separated from the nail bed. I have always had ugly nails from day one. My nails are discolored, pitted, and starting to lift off the nail bed.

Lubriderm lotion helps my nails and stretching the muscles in my fingers by bending them backwards as far as comfortable helps with my flexability. i do the exercises with my fingers 2 or 3 times a day and seems to help when a flare occurs
