Sometimes when people see me they don't see my illness.. Just because they don't see it it doesn't mean i am fine. i am really struggling with both Fibromyalgia and also Psoriatic Arthritis. I am literally struggling to cope up with my daily work It's so hard . people just don't get this unless they have to go through this.. I want people to know that we need kindness , love and support
Hi I'm Richard I'm suffering from psoriatic arthritis I feel for u guys keep the spirits up keep going I've got an electric bike brilliant for fresh air and exercise I'm lucky I'm able to get out and about I no lots can't my medications are cimzia once fortnightly metatrexate once a week folic acid 24 hours later 😊 best of luck everyone.
