Can PsA cause sleep issues during the full moon?
Could PsA cause any issues with sleep during the full moon? This all started for me about a year ago. I do not have a good sleep pattern to begin with but during the full moon I do not sleep at all during the night. Might be able to catch a super short nap the following morning but for 3 or 4 nights during it I do not sleep. Have tried a bit of everything but it's still the same!

, it's Victoria from the Facebook page 😀 I was doing some research on the internet, and it does appear that the lunar cycle can affect sleep (i.e. we get poorer sleep depending on the state of the moon!)

Sorry I didn't see this till now. I really haven't been able to come up with much other than other people telling me they think they are having the same issue sometimes.
