Great question, ! The struggle to find a good shampoo is definitely real. I haven't found one that completely clears my scalp, but I have found a couple of things that help me manage it.
Personally I've discovered that I need to avoid sulfates or my scalp gets pretty irritated. At the moment I'm using the coconut water shampoo by OGX. If I need something stronger/medicated I use Polytar, although they changed the formula and it now contains sulfates which is rather annoying. The benefits of the coal tar seem to override any irritation, but I would like to try something new. My sister rates T/Gel but I haven't tried that myself yet... What are you using at the moment?
I'd love to hear if anyone else has any recommendations! -Catherine, Community Moderator

Sorry that this community isn't more active. 🙁 Nevertheless, I can't complain since I haven't been here either! I have been using Sorion shampoo. It's the best I've found so far.

Yes, I did. Much less itching. I use it daily and it does seem to reduce the number of plaques... they haven't gone away, but they're not worse (which has been the case with some other shampoos).

Argh , I know what you mean about some shampoos making the plaques worse - so aggravating. After reading the ingredients of the Sorion shampoo I am interested to try it (my skin has responded well to turmeric in the past)! I'll see if I can get hold of some here in the UK. So my hair lady suggested to me to use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo and Conditioner and boy has it made a difference on my itching dryness and irritation!! Since it is Paul Mitchell it is nice and soft on my hair and I actually quite like the smell. Hope this helps!
