Hi @kbaker. Have you talked with your doctor about your chest/rib pain? There two conditions common to PsA that can cause that kind of pain and sensation: costochondritis and Tietze syndrome. Here is an article that explains them. Though PsA is likely the cause, it is important not to make assumptions with chest pain. Please talk to your doctor about this if you haven't already. I have! Honestly went to the hospital thinking heart attack. The doctors said not heart and sent me away. Very stressful. I am waiting to see a rheumatologist
