Oura Ring Health Tracker

I am curious if any of you use or have used the Oura ring to track your health symptoms. If so, was it helpful? Worth the money? 🙂

Thanks all!

Ryanne

  1. I use a Garmin Forerunner 55 fitness tracker. It's primarily for running, but can be used for many other fitness activities. It also tracks, or can be used to track: heart rate, sleep, calories, stress, hydration, daily steps, weight. And it does all this without having to pay for any subscription. Additionally, I can sync my Garmin data with my iPhone's health app, which provides further health data. If you have an iPhone, the Health app can be pretty useful on its own.

    1. , thank you for reaching out to the community here. I don't have personal experience with the Oura Ring but I hope anyone who does will stop by to share with you. I've seen quite a lot of social media advertisements for it but I don't know too much about it - is there anything in particular about the Oura Ring that appeals to you? I got a Fitbit for Christmas and I'm quite impressed with it. I've not tried any other fitness trackers though so I don't have anything to compare it to. If you decide to give the Oura Ring a go we'd love to hear about your experiences with it! Warmly, -Catherine, Community Moderator
