If You Have A Rheumatologist, Do You Need To See Other Doctors?

I only saw a dermatologist for years. It wasn't until I saw a rheumatologist that I got the proper diagnosis. While a rheumatologist treats the underlying inflammation of PsA, skin symptoms are best treated by a dermatologist.

I also want to add in your primary care physician. This is who told me I have high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.

I do see a total of 5 doctors. Do you see one doctor for everything or take on several different ones? Let us know.

  1. Does one doctor make all your medical decisions?
