We do have laws and can't be discriminated against for having an illness. What exactly are you having problems with? We would like to hear more about what is going on. Diane (Team Member)I’m not sure how much the employer knows about each employee’s impact on the group medical plan. I know they can’t openly fire an employee because their medical experiences are too high, but there are ways around that. , I understand what you are saying, especially if it's a small company.
