Genital Itch & Psoriatic Arthritis

Hi . Hopefully, other community members will chime in here. I have not heard of vaginal itching as a symptom of PsA, but is it possible you have a yeast infection? Some of the medications for PsA might throw off the balance of yeast in your body. The heat and humidity might also be contributing factors. If so, you can treat it with over-the-counter medications. There is an autoimmune process called Lichen sclerosus. That can make it very itchy down there. Rule out yeast and bacterial vaginosis first, because they are much more common causes.
