Hi, I've been suffereing with flare ups for over 6 years and have stuggled to conrtol them without using a percribed steriod cream. Last year I started using La Lune Noire's natural psoriasis treatment cream, and wow it works wonders. I hated using the steriods, but coukld never find an alternative cream that worked. This does, its not the cheapest, I think its around £16 but its normally on special on their website. I would highly recommend!
