fatigue
I have been on Methotrexate for the last 5-6 months, 20 mg, a week. although joint pain is under control but big problem is fatigue. Need to take rest and sleep after doing one hour work. Taking NSAID give some relief. my eyes always tired, sleepy and feel exhausted all time. what to do??

I'm experiencing the same thing on Cosentyx. I've been other meds and haven't had this level of fatigue (everyone is different though). I take between an hour or two to wake up with my coffee and computer and then I can do something, get some activity in or work and then I need rest...some days more than others.
I might be able to do something in the afternoon but I do nothing in the evenings (read, watch something, go to bed early).
Unfortunately, I don't have a great answer other than take care of yourself, eat well, and move....and become a coffee addict, lol.
