Does anyone have symptoms of dysautonomia with their psoriatic arthritis?

I am now having slight dizziness, a bone-chilling cold followed by extreme heat and sweating, and ringing ears/clicking in them.

  1. I have these symptoms as well except no sweating. Feet and hands stay cold!

    1. I experience the hot then cold thing. Drives me nuts.
And my ears have started to bother me. Noise in a crowded restaurant is almost painful and sometimes my ears full "full". My sister lost most of her hearing in both ears likely to inflammation so the ear thing concerns me a bit.

      1. Hi . Have you made an appointment with an ENT? It might be a good idea to get an evaluation. Thinking of you and wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)

    2. That's a good idea, Lori. And I want to thank you for all of the encouragement and kindness that you offer here!

      1. wow, that’s me. My hot flashes (getting more and more intense and unbearable) are written off as menopause. I relish the chills because it’s relief from heat. Doc gave me nausea and dizziness medication recently and recommended a couple exercises. My eyes have been a problem for several years now — diagnosed as severe dry eye /mybomial gland dysfunction/internal blepheritis. It is associated with psoriasis and I’m being treated for it. However, I get a new kind of blurry in my eyes and brain at times and all kinds of clicking snapping and rubbing noises from various joints.
