Cosentyx
I was on Humira along with Methotrexate to treat my psoriatic arthritis. The Humira stopped being effective after several months and the doctor switched me to Cosentyx along with the Methotrexate.
Does anyone have any experience with this treatment combination?

I use Cosentyx witho MTX. I am about 90 % clear since I have been using it beginning in a June. I still have sore joints...and I start to see more psoriasis at the 4th week, but I am very happy with the drug. I am glad to be giving my liver an MTX break, I was on it for 15 years.
I was never successful with Humira. I did great with Enbrel and Remicade. I was on Enbrel for a very long time, took a break, went on a Remicade for a long while, back to Enbrel....then Cosentyx. I was on MTX on and off all the time. My initial treatments were not biologics.
