Not Even Sure: I Need Knee & Hip Replacements Soon

I had no symptoms until a little over a year ago. I’m a 45-year-old woman. I’m a behavioral therapist and I work with Autistic children. My job is very physical. I have been told through X-rays, MRIs, and bloodwork that I have psoriatic arthritis and tested positive for autoimmune disease. I had a very bad flare-up when diagnosed where I could only walk on crutches. I had prednisone shots but was told I would need knee and hip replacements soon.

Please help!? Any opinions or suggestions welcome.
