   <p>I get horribly depressed when my house is dirty, and the depression robs even more energy. My husband helps but it&#39;s hit and miss. He does jump in when we&#39;re getting company, like this weekend. I want to see my kids and grandkids,yet the work is overwhelming. I&#39;ve done a lot of organizing on shelves,refigerator,cleaning supplies. That helps some. It seems like most of my day is rinsing dishes,loading dish washer,unloading. For some reason my husband thinks that&#39;s easy. They don&#39;t feel the pain,can&#39;t imagine how bad it is. It&#39;s hard for them to understand. Maybe if he asks what you want for Christmas,tell him a cleaning services. Best wishes</p>

   <p>I can completely understand what you’re saying. Sometimes it’s a major task just to take a darn shower. Dishes and laundry are my biggest problems with elevated pain levels because of standing there in one place for too long. Making dinner is another major task that leaves me in severe pain . I lay down after I make dinner and just sleep. Back pain, hands and finger joints especially my thumbs hurt so bad. SI Joints and hips hurt too. Average pain scale is 7-9 . It’s pathetic that doctors are afraid to prescribe the right amount of pain medication to manage pain. </p>
