"I have a question and I hope someone can help me. I was diagnosed with PSA about a year and a half ago. I know that with my research I have read that fatigue is a very real issue. I know that there have been times that I have been so tired that I slept the entire weekend. I told my doctor about this and he informed me that fatigue is not part of this condition. He said he thought I was suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have done some research on this as well, and found out that one underlying cause is an immune disorder. Isn’t PSA an immune disorder as well? Why would everything I read about PSA say that fatigue such a huge part and my doctor disagree with this? I don’t know which way to turn. I am so confused. I hope someone can give me some guidance and help me to understand."
