"So just to let everyone know. I have been doing a self trial of self medicating. I'm 42 never done illegal drugs in my life. About 6 months ago I decided to give marijuana a try for my pain management. I had tried CBD oil a year or so with no change in pain management. Since using a what I'm told is called a "one hitter" which usually actually gives me two hits at night on a regular basis my sleep is 100% improved and the pain free hour or two before I fall asleep is great. However now that I have been using pretty regularly when I know I can get a full 6 to 7 hours of rest my pain as a whole is diminishing. I went from a constant 6 with flashes of 8 or 9s as far as pain went to constant 3. Feet are still around a 5 but ankles, knees, hips, wrists, thumb, shoulder and neck are soooo much better. I started using just to get a few hours of feeling good and getting good sleep. It has turned into even though I'm not smoking constantly or unsafely all day pain relief. "
